1991
In 1991, the Supplying and Marketing Department of Zhejiang Material Trade Center was established, and began to engage in stainless steel materials, mainly including stainless steel plates, pipes, elements, wire, etc.,
In December 2019, YUANTONG won the title of “Top Trading Enterprise Favored by Customers in Circulation Field” in the 9th Stainless Steel Brand Wind Vane Network Selection Activity in 2019-2020.
In November 2016, YUANTONG hosted the Annual Meeting of China Stainless Steel Industry and China Stainless Steel Industry High-End Forum and the Fifth China 400 Series Stainless Steel Conference. The company was once again elected as the deputy director unit of China Special Steel Enterprises Association.
In January 2018, YUANTONG won the title of “Top Trading Enterprise in Circulation Field” in the annual network selection of China stainless steel industry.
In October 2018, the second coil to coil oil grinding equipment was officially put into use, the max width is 1525mm.
In December 2018, YUANTONG won the title of “Top Trading Enterprise in Circulation Field” in the annual network selection of China stainless steel industry again.
In 1996, Stainless Steel Branch of Yuantong Electromechanical Development Co., Ltd was established.
In 1998, it became the general agent and distributor of ZPSS in Zhejiang Province, which is of great significance to the development of the company.
In 1998, it became the general agent and distributor of TISCO. in Zhejiang Province.
In 2004, it was honored as “China’s Top 10 Stainless Steel Distributors” by China National Association of Metal Material Trade.
In December 2017, YUANTONG obtained the “Level A Certificate of Robam’s Supplier”.
In May 2015, the coil to coil oil grinding equipment was officially put into use.
In August 2013, YUANTONG passed ISO9001 quality system and obtained the professional certificate.
In December 2012, International Business Department was formally established.
In June 2011, YUANTONG was awarded as “top 10 trade volume of China’s stainless steel industry in 2010” by China National Association of Metal Material Trade.
At the beginning of 2010, YUANTONG obtained the deputy director unit of China Special Steel Enterprises Association. Wang Kaiming, general manager of YUANTONG, was elected deputy director.
In 2006, YUANTONG became the authorized agent of BAOSTEEEL in Zhejiang Province.
In March 2006, the service center for stainless steel was established to form a marketing model integrating processing, distribution, sales and service, which changed the traditional business model.
In June 2006, YUANTONG obtained the membership of China Special Steel Enterprises Association. In August, it was recommended as the third standing board member of China Special Steel Enterprises Association, and Mr Wang Kaiming, general manager of YUANTONG, was elected as standing director.
In January 2005, it was restructured into Zhejiang Yuantong Stainless Steel Co., Ltd. (Refered as YUANTONG below).
In the fourth quarter of 2009, YUANTONG start to work with YONGJIN.
